5 26-5968 Approving the recommendations set forth in KWBB Resolution No. 26-24 for the design and renovations necessary for Reef Relief occupancy of the Thompson Fish House to be funded by the City (using Caroline Street Corridor TIFF Funds to offset costs to the City) and operational expenses for improvements to be funded by Reef Relief; Design of renovations to begin immediately and budgeted at $50,000; Rent will be charged to Reef Relief at the rate of $10 per year upon occupying the renovated space.
