23 26-6041 *Approving the five (5) year Tax Exempt Municipal Lease Proposal between the City and NCL Government Capital ("NCL"), as attached hereto and made a part hereof, in the amount of $359,268 (to be paid annually in the amount of $87,457.96) to fund purchase of SmartCOP Solution software, equipment and professional services, by piggybacking on Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Program Master Agreement #092424, pursuant to Sec. 2-797(3) of the City's Code of Ordinances, plus an annual maintenance fee of $78,017 (not included in the $359,268), for the Key West Police Department to transition its existing record management system from Central Square-Pro Suite to SmartCOP; Approving the corresponding 1) SmartCOP Scope of Work Agreement, 2) SmartCOP Software License and Service Agreement, 3) SmartCOP Software Maintenance and Support Agreement and 4) SmartCOP Amendment #2, as attached hereto and made a part hereof; and approval to pay Central Square Quote #Q-263503 in the amount of $52,845, as attached hereto and made a part hereof, for data conversion services; Authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents approved by this Resolution and any other necessary related documents, budget transfers, amendment and/or adjustments, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
