18 26-6023 *Approving the attached "State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Standard Grant Agreement No. L0476" in the amount of $1,000,000.00 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Key West for the design and permitting of the Duval Street Mallory Square Area Stormwater Pump Station and Resilience Project; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents and authorizing approval and execution of subsequent amendments to this Grant Agreement which may adjust grant funding allocations to the City or modify the project scope and period of performance upon consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing any necessary budget amendments and transfers to accept the funding.
