34 26-5940 Approving the attached First Amendment to the Interim Agreement with Fortress Secured, LLC for predevelopment services for the design and construction of Fire Station No. 3 pursuant to Section 255.065, Florida Statutes, extending the terms of the Interim Agreement to November 30, 2026 and providing for monthly payments of third party costs beginning on the First Amendment effective date; Authorizing the City Manger to execute the First Amendment with the advice and consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing the City Manager to pay an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for all predevelopment work performed since the effective date of the Interim Agreement; Identifying the funding source and authorizing budget transfers; Authorizing necessary actions.
