Hi. We’re currently in litigation concerning rainbow pickets & aren’t commenting on that. We are focusing on the language of the proposed amendment. Our 1st concern is that the permitted size is way too small. Next, the amendment prohibits attached artwork, flags, banners & other materials on fences. We respectfully ask what the rationale is and question whether such a broad, drastic, new ban is necessary. We also question the distinction between fences & gates. If the goal is to allow a small, limited amount of color, why wouldn't this apply to a gate? To be clear, we're not asking you to reject the amendment. We're asking that the language be tailored to accomplish the intent. Thank you.
