3 26-5347 *Approving the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant between the Naval Properties Local Redevelopment Authority of the City of Key West, Florida and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection requiring the current development to maintain engineering controls in perpetuity for Parcel "F" (a/k/a Parcel 1, & Parcel 2, as described in Exhibits "A", "B" & "C" of the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Declaration of Restrictive Covenant) at the Bahama Village property; Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Declaration of Restrictive Covenant on behalf of the Naval Properties Local Redevelopment Authority.
