27 26-5781 *Authorizing the City Manager, pursuant to Section 2-797(4)(b) of the Code of Ordinances, Exempt Contractual Services, to accept the renewal of the City's ancillary insurance policies in an amount not to exceed $156,000.00 to include: from Brown & Brown, Marine Operators Legal Liability Coverage ($56,416.00), Outer Mole Excess Liability Coverage ($12,050.00), Wharfingers Liability Coverage ($5,000.00), Hull and Machinery Coverage ($17,473.00), Vessel Pollution Coverage ($6,332.00), AD&D Coverage ($10,693.00), Pollution Liability Coverage (3-year policy), ($15,058.00), and Storage Tank Liability Coverage ($9,000.00), and from World Risk Management (WRM), Westchester Fire Insurance for Aircraft Drone Coverage ($3,709.00), and Ace American Insurance Company for Florida Fire Fighter Cancer Coverage ($18,684.00); Authorizing the acceptance of Brown & Brown as the agent/broker for the City's ancillary policies, with the exception of Drone Coverage and Florida Fire Fighter Cancer Coverage (WRM); Authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents consistent therewith upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
