25 26-5750 *Approving the "Sovereignty Submerged Lands Lease Renewal, BOT File NO. 440026265" between the City and the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund of the State of Florida ("BOT"), as attached hereto and made a part hereof, renewing the City's Lease of submerged land located at north end of Duval Street, Key West, Florida for the period beginning February 1, 2026 through February 1, 2031 to allow continued use of a one (1) slip floating docking facility for the operation of a glass-bottom sightseeing boat tourist excursion and upland tour boat operation; Authorizing the Mayor to execute the Lease Renewal, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
