    My husband and I are the direct neighbor of this property at 622 united street. This is our primary residence since 2015 and we are asking the board to vote against this variance request. We do not want house that is set up for short term rentals closer to us than 5ft. We had to follow the 5ft set back like everyone else has to. The setbacks of this particular neighborhood are already tight but it keeps enough distance to breath, to be safe and to not force one property over the other .
