24 26-5342 *Approving the three (3) proposals received from Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. to calculate accurate utility rate models for sewer, stormwater, and solid waste required for preparation of the City's FY 2026-2027 budgets at the rate of $26.960 each in a total amount not to exceed $80,800.00; Approving an exemption from the City's competitive bid requirements in the best interest of the City , pursuant to Section 2-797(4)(b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida; Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate and execute agreements pursuant to the three (3) proposals received and any necessary related documents and budget transfers/amendments, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
