21 26-5230 *Approving staff rankings of the responses received for RFP #26-004, a General Utility Contract to provide task order driven construction services related to Manhole Rehabilitation and Concrete Repair; Authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to negotiate an agreement with the three (3) top-ranked respondents, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in RFP #26-004 and in compliance with all applicable regulations and City standards; Authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute any other necessary related documents and associated budget transfers/adjustments, upon the advice and consent of the City Attorney.
