25 26-5090 *Approving the "Out-of-Scope Letter Agreement - Valve Replacement Over Basin", as attached hereto and made a part hereof, between the City of Key West, Florida and OMI/Jacobs in the amount of $118,523.94 to modify the existing diffused air system in Aeration Basin 1 at the Richard A. Heyman Wastewater Treatment Plant, as described in Exhibit A to the Agreement; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any necessary related document, budget transfers and/or adjustments, upon the consent of the City Attorney.
