24 26-5089 *Approving the "Additional Out-of-Scope Letter Agreement - Belt Press Rehabilitation" as attached hereto and made a part hereof, between the City of Key West, Florida and OMI/Jacobs in an amount not to exceed $90,534.40 to provide needed support to the belt filter press/dewatering equipment at the Richard A. Heyman Wastewater Treatment Plant; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Agreement and any necessary related documents, budget transfers and/or adjustments, upon the consent of the City Attorney.
