32 26-4912 Approving the scope of work to be performed by Stantec Consulting Services Inc. for a comprehensive water quality assessment, mitigation strategy, and long-term monitoring program; Authorizing the City Manager to execute any necessary documents consistent therewith; Providing for implementation consistent with Chapter 80 of the Code of Ordinances.
i'm still appalled that the CFK and safer cleaner ships were rejected as partners for one of the most important responsibilities regarding our local waters. i sure hope they can be trusted but the skeptic in me is unsure if stantec might be in cahoots with the cruise ship or agriculture industries that are the most obvious threat to water quality not just at our local level but on a state and global playing field. i will be following how the future data is collected closely
