The recent assignment of a slip to McGrail for a historic schooner was based on a wait list entry
that had already been fulfilled in 2012. After having been fulfilled he should have had to resubmit for a new vessel and reside to the bottom of the list. It is only fair that the When And If historic vessel that we now have proof of being next on the list for the slip should rightly have that rewarded, that is the fair and honest thing to do. It's called the Historic Seaport, not the Sebago Seaport. Paul's newly acquired schooner that was built 5 years ago (not remotely historic) can dock at When And If's old slip in Stock Island, problem solved. Do the right thing. Don't be obviously corrupt.
