this house is another vacation rental, and the owners want to cut this tree down in order to put in a pool. the tree is a health tree,
in last month's meeting the counsel told the owners rep that they would need to plant a similar type of tree if this was approved. there is no room on this property for any type of canopy tree to be planted. there is very little room for any landscape on this site. our canopy trees are more important than another vacation rental.
