    Stop with the artificial turf! We are a historic island, and turf requires much more money in the long run. People are removing turf after a few years due to the ongoing maintenance and damage. There is so much that can be done at Bayview before this should even be considered. $1M for fake grass without a Master Plan is ludicrous.
