    Fantastic! Great job to those who prepared the information and did the work to make this designation happen. It's a no-brainer and improves both quality of life for locals and tourism, which is what everyone has been asking for.

    The only way this should be approved is if the $150,000 City portion does not come from tax payers. This in no way helps locals with housing, transportation or surviving day to day in key west. It does not fix City Infrastructure, create housing opportunities nor does it help with the congestion in the city or the Keys.
