I am not opposed to an increase but as a resident on the corner of Pearl and Catherine Streets, I am aware of at least one commercial cleaning business doing business out of a residential property and the amount of solid waste they put out each week is ridiculous. I want to be sure that the City and Code enforcement is ensuring that the solid waste collection from residential properties is residential and not these businesses disposing of solid waste in their residential bins.
