21 25-3834 *Approving the attached "Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. LPA0246" between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Key West to increase funding by $2,185,003.35 bringing the total funding amount to $5,844,202.01 and extend the Task End Date to October 31, 2026 for the construction of the Key West Treatment Plant Solids Dewatering Upgrades Project; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents upon advice and consent of the City Attorney; Authorizing any necessary budget amendments and transfers.
