19 25-3488 *Approving the attached "State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Standard Grant Agreement No. KG003" in the amount of $1,100,000.00 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Key West for design, project management, and construction of the Dennis Street Phase 2 Project; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the necessary documents; Authorizing approval and execution of subsequent amendments to the Grant Agreement which may adjust grant funding allocations to the City or modify the project scope and period of performance; and authorizing any necessary budget amendments and transfers to accept the funding.
