    Good evening, I LOVE TREES! It pains me that this tree needs to come out, but it is unfortunately necessary. As an owner at Railway Condos, I can assure you we have done our due diligence, have met with Karen, explored all the options she provided, including Bio-Barriers, and have sadly come to the conclusion that the tree must be removed before it causes more damage. We are a Workforce Housing community and this year, our dues significantly increased due to the rising costs of insurance. Many owners are struggling with this increase. and we need to remedy this situation before any damage is done that will cause more extensive repairs. Thank you
