9 23-5164 Text Amendment of the Land Development Regulations - A resolution of the City of Key West Planning Board recommending an ordinance to the City Commission to amend Chapter 114 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled "Signs" by amending Section 114-2 titled "Posting Notices, Signs or Advertising Matter on Trees, Poles or Public Property" and by amending Section 114-103 titled "Prohibited Signs" and amending corresponding Historic Architectural guidelines to provide for exceptions for non-profit temporary banner signs and open house real estate signs; Providing for repeal of inconsistent provisions; Providing for an effective date.
