    I'm the closest property to this restaurant my house is 405 Olivia Our deck & gazebo are within 10' of these proposed seatsThe request says they talked with the neighbors and they approved this My property is the most affected by this and no-one talked to me so this goes to the credibility of this request and that alone should lead you to deny this They knew what they were buying, a breakfast & lunch place closing at 3pm & now it's open till 11pm the problem is it is drip drip and drip No music today then that's the next request They start playing music at 6:30am while they are stocking the place for the day You having given these people many variances at the neighbors (TAX PAYERS) expense
