    I am the owner of the adjacent property at 1907 Staples and I oppose granting a variance for non-complying setbacks as the proposal meets none of the seven standards for considering variances as required by subsection (a) of Sec. 90-395.

    I also desire to speak (remotely) at the 19 Oct Planning Board meeting.
