Judy Clarke owner and resident of 1008 Olivia Street. We are opposed to the proposed addition of the second story connection between the two sections of the house. This house is already quite large for this area and uses almost all of the usual front setback, which, while in conformance with LDRs adds to the impact that this house makes on the neighborhood. Adding more volume to the structure only increases this impact and is not necessary in this historic neighborhood. Thank you.
