3 23-4664 Affirming/Denying the City Planning Director's Denial of Peacon Lane Realty, LLC's Application for a Lawful Unit Determination for 329 Peacon Lane, upon the findings detailed herein.
We support the appeal at 329 Peacon Lane and ask that the commission approve the unit. We have stayed at this unit and believe it is an asset to the community. With the housing shortage why would the City not allow this unit to remain.
Craig and Patti Roberts, 325 Peacon Lane, home owners & full time residence of the City of Key West and close neighbors of 329 Peacon Lane (two houses away).We 100% support the appeal at 329 Peacon Lane. It’s always been known as a residential unit and aways been very well maintained. It's hard to understand why the city of Key West would want to take away / not approve a rental property when it's very much needed in our City for long term & vacation rental. Please support Mr. Doug Erdman in trying to provide housing for our amazing City. Thank You, Craig & Patti Roberts
