Maybe put in the resolution also that the City Manager should not only not ignore the next time 1100 people petition the City to stop a private, entitled party from taking a public beach, but also not condone the corrupt behaviour and support it by lying to the Commission in the resolution backing the public property giveaway. You know, put some integrity back in the office, instead of whoring it out to the highest entitled bidder...
