Not ready. Consider voting no, referring to Parks/Rec Adv Bd for further vetting/improvements. Required by ordinance? Issues include (1) Applicable to all events, weddings included, (2) Include all Parks/Rec (and beach) facilities, not just 3 small areas on Smathers, (3) Why limit to events with equipment, all are use of public land by for profit businesses? (4) Revenues derived should be restricted for use in maintaining/investing in Parks Rec facilities/programs, (5) Do all wedding service providers pay fee per each event/wedding? (6) Fees are ridiculously low, check comparable fees charged by others (FT Zach, West Martello), should include minimum fee starting at $1,000
