    Congrats on TDC funding! No info provided on the "parking facility improvements?" Whatever the improvements are, they should be presented to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board as required by City Ordinance. And perhaps, more importantly, parking revenues for special events at the Key West Coffee Butler Amphitheater (like many similar special event venues across the country) can be a significant recurring revenue source to support the maintenance and investment in the City's Parks and Open Spaces. Has anyone on City Staff done an analysis to determine what parking revenues for special events have been to date with an effort to identify lost revenue opportunities for parking revenues?
