Perhaps it would be of interest to the public and the City Commission for City Staff to provide the overall assessment. This will help everyone better understand the context of this expenditure relative to the condition of all of the City's pump station infrastructure. How good or bad is it? Can we assume that the long-term capital needs included in the storm water utility model and proposed rate increase contemplate this overall assessment and include keeping all pump station infrastructure at a minimum quality level?
