11 22-3060 *Directing the City Manager or designee to immediately notify the City Commission when the City is notified of any violation from a State or Federal entity; Directing the City Manager or designee to regularly inform the City Commission of negotiations and progress towards achieving compliance.
What a joke ~ asking the City Manager to inform the Commission when govt agencies are involved, but not other sources shows the City's disdain for the laws unless threatening consequences are involved and the lack of sincerity of the Commission. Both the City and the City Manager have been knowingly violating Florida State laws 161.55(3) and 161.053 in re: Dinghy Beach for over two years and yet have both blatantly ignored and openly rejected that fact presented by the public and the press. This Commission has no integrity or intent to support following the laws, if it did, it would direct to notify for ALL notifications of violations...
