After almost 2.5 years of delays and stalling, the Dinghy Beach Agenda item is coming up at the next meeting. You are being asked to get the beachfront property back that YOU handed over to FDOT. Fix what you screwed up, take Spottswood's illegal fence down and make that beach a proper park for all of us. Do you really need an ethics board to review you to be honest and do what's right for all of us instead of kissing Spottswood's rear like Commissioner Wardlow has done on this? You have my affidavit and others too. I'm tired of the lies - Dinghy Beach has been a public beach since at least 1983. Stop the delays, stop the lies and restore Dinghy Beach!
You have all received my emails now concerning most of the legalities of Dinghy Beach, the link to the Restore Dinghy Beach petition along with those handwritten ones I handed in several weeks ago and an email concerning the Ethics Board info which I hope you have reviewed very carefully. Approx. 1000 persons have signed on asking you to Restore Dinghy Beach to the People. You have 1000+ reasons to Restore Dinghy Beach and only one unethical one -handing over valuable waterfront public property to a private entity at the expense of the City - not to...
