    I am opposed to the variance requested by 615R Grinnell Street (RE# 0010860-000000). My property, 611 Grinnell Street Unit 5 abuts the north-east corner of 615R Grinnell’s lot. I would request that the planning committee not approve a variance because of required setbacks. Second, if the structure is approved, I would request the water runoff from the proposed roof be directed away from my property. Third, 615R Grinnell currently has two external structures which extend onto my property by one foot. I would request that the walls of these structures be removed from my property. – Steven Velloff
