    I am the closest neighbor to 615R Grinnell. According to my deed and survey; part of the deck, the northern fence and wall of 615R encroach upon my property. The fact the proposed construction violates setbacks along with the possibility that the proposed construction may encroach on my property and the likelihood that more noise will be reflected by a solid roof over the deck then by the current sail all indicate that the variance should be denied.
    Please note that the property circled on the Sanborn Map on page 3 of the staff report is not the correct parcel.
    A copy of my deed and survey will be available for inspection at the hearing.
