7 20-5618 Transient License Transfer - One (1) license in Unassigned Status to 536 Fleming Street (RE# 00009440-000000) - A request to transfer one (1) transient license in unassigned status at Key Cove LLC to property located within the Historic Neighborhood Commercial (HNC-1) zoning district pursuant to Sections 122-776 and 122-1338 of the Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Key West, Florida.

    I object to any transient rental licenses being transferred to 536 Fleming Street. Any such change would result in a decrease in residential housing. These fake transient rental licenses should only be transferable into areas where it is legal for them be transfered into. There is a map in the packed where they can legal go. Special exceptions weaken Key West transient rental law at a time we have forthcoming legal challenges from the state and home owners associations. Set a precedent with this that there will be no special exceptions.

    I object to any transient rental licenses being transferred to 536 Fleming Street which would change it from residential to commercial. Any such change would result in a decrease in residential housing availability and negatively impact the quality of life in our neighborhood. Thank you.
