    The neighbors suffer at the expense of profits. We are simply asking the city to enforce the conditions of resolution 2011-059 before any changes are made in favor of the business and at the expense of many more neighbors.

    Support granting appeal. Must side with citizens. Having watched/listened to many discussions of the issues between this neighborhood and this particular commercial for-profit business (Ramshead Bar and Restaurant), it appears that the business has failed to offer meaningful compromises and reductions in activities to appease the neighborhood. We are a dense community of people that must co-exist with a reasonable level of commercial activity. Solving these type disputes must err on the side of residents, there are plenty of other locations for businesses to pursue profits if they believe the reductions in commercial activity are not acceptable.
