The wood siding should remain wood siding. The front fence should move to property line & lowered to 4’.
The presentation package does not contain a street elevations view. 710 is contributing, is it required to be raised that high? How do they plan to raise 710?
They may want to move the kitchen window, it looks directly into our French doors.
Recheck impervious space, wood decking is being removed & pool added?
Why are 2 electric meters depicted?
How long is construction expected to last? How will construction debris be removed from the property? We request an 8’ construction fence be established to contain the dust and noise.
