I'm really disappointed and angered with the extreme measures city takes! You're only making people's lives more difficult.
While it's not easy to get a face mask you want to force people to wear masks if they wanna go to the store. What if I don't have a scarf or anything else to cover my face?

Your actions only create more panic! How come you're not concerned about FLU cases? CDC reported 6.4 million flu cases from Oct to Dec with 2.900 deaths. But the city hasn't done anything to prevent the flu, I guess it's worse if people die from Covid.
