    looks like extension of project is worthy of slight price increase, but economies of scale with crews on-site, readily accessible materials and equipment, etc. make a 50% increase in cost unreasonable; do you know how much the City pays this vendor annually? the taxpayers are getting exploited here to the benefit of a local company with a monopoly; time to bring in competition and new vendors to ensure taxpayers are not continually exploited
